Disappointment/Defeat

I’ve been waiting for an account closure letter since the April. It defeats me how difficult it is for a service provider to have reached their level of success and some how are incapable of putting together a 2 line paragraph to confirm that my account has been closed. It is disappointing that I get calls every month to ask if my matter has been resolved then I’m promised a letter will be emailed to me by COB which never comes or even worse I get an email with no attachment. Wow. Hello Peter is literally my only hope it seems.
