Disappointment in Cell C

Case Number ***, still has not been resolved. I was told to go to Mall of Carnival, so that I can here the recording whereby I accepted an additional contract to my name. I have just been there and they have not received the email. Which by the way, I dont understand why you can email my recording to them and not just to me. I have had the run around from you all week. I cancelled my contract for my mother in law who passed away in January 2021. The number you say I didnt cancel was within the contract for my mother in law. This number has no records of any usage at all since she passed away, and still you argue saying I am wrong. Kindly send that recording to my email address, as I am sick of going to various malls so the I can confirm that I am correct and you are wrong.
