Disappointment and incompetence
Unprofessionalism... Called your *********** call center to confirm outstanding balance only to be told two different amounts. Do you know how to do your work?. This is affecting my credit bureau score and rating. Please fix this ASAP as this needs to be dealt with immediate effect.
