Disappointment

Good Day, <br> <br> I would like to express my disappointment in the Cell C service provider. I reported my device to Cell C in Vangate Mall (Athlone). I informed the consultant that they device had dead pixels, a description of the defects were made and noted. The device was taken in for repairs, a sms was sent to me on the 06 May 2015 with a quote of R1026.00, I contacted 084140 and declined the quote as the consultant informed me that the screen was cracked which was not the case when the device was taken into cell C initially. When I collected the device at Cell C I went home and assembled it only to discover that it looked FAR WORSE. The device was damaged and the screen had more damage. I immediately contacted Cell C in Vangate Mall and the consultant that initially helped me agreed that the device did not look like device I brought in. The device was sent away for repairs and I received an sms 18 June 2015 with a quote of R1026.00 which I will once again decline as I am not liable for the excess damage done to the device. Dead Pixels to a cracked screen is ridiculous and disgusting of the network tocontinue billing me
