disappointment

<p>So lets start off about almost a year ago, device was sent to repairs access fee was paid to receive a new device couple of months pass and me unable to use the handset well i sent it off for repairs i was told it would take 7 day or evens up to a 2 weeks (14 business days) i acpeted the fact that id be without that device for that time frame yet i had to wait a month just to find out that the device is blacklisted and still awaiting on the device being repaired previous owner blacklisted the device and there was a couple of thing wrong with the device</p>
