Disappointing Service From Cell C - Fibre Account

<p>R 2 380.25 was just debited from my bank account this morning. My monthly subscription is R 899.00 for Cell C Fibre to the home. I have been dealing with Cell C since January when my husband passed away – he was the previous account holder and he had 2 voice lines as well as the fibre. I instructed Cell C to cancel the 2 voice lines and transfer the account to my name, as I decided to take the account over. After numerous emails back and forth dealing with Ashleigh Minne and Thabo Mbatyazo. Eventually Thabo called me and he promised that both voice lines were cancelled, which eventually they were in April and I was also assured in writing by They also over debited me previously, as the 2 voice lines had not been cancelled, as requested. Now I am debited R 2380.00!!! The whole experience and customer service with Cell C has been nothing short of disappointing and draining!</p> <p> </p> <p>I had also logged a complaint on Hello Peter in April and only then did Cell C act and phone me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want all future debit orders stopped with immediate effect and I will pay via EFT every month instead. I cannot afford to be in this situation any longer. I have other debit orders going off my bank account today and tomorrow and the amount that Cell C overcharged will seriously affect my financial position.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will instruct my FNB bank to stop all future debit orders. I would like to make payments via EFT from now onwards. All future debit orders must be stopped with immediate effect!</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like this issue to be resolved once and for all.</p>
