Disappointing service from Cell C

Words cannot begin to describe my frustration and disappointment in Cell C and VVM . The matter in hand has been escalated and re-escalated without anyone assisting for months, I’ve had multiple reference numbers and that’s as far as it goes . I was handed over to VVM for one of my numbers with Cell C, I made a payment of R3,7 on the 7th of December 2022 and a further R2.5 on the 28th of December 2022 this was done to the Cell C account. This needed to be allocated to VVM . Cell C 7 months later has only allocated one amount of R2,5 to VVM which was done in February 2023 after hours of non stop calls . Cell C refuses to allocate the remaining amount of R3,7 . VVM is constantly harassing me and sending threatening messages . I have gone through the escalation process of Cell C and no one is willing to help me with this . This is my second review on the same query , honestly dear Cell C how far are you willing to drag this ? Are proof of payments not enough for you , VVM is waiting for you to allocate those funds . My credit score is at stake here . At this point I am pleading with you to assist .
