Disappointing Service from Cell C

Very disappointing service from Cell C. Closed my contract late last year, all seemed to be in order. Tried to apply for a bond this week only to be told that I have an over due account from Cell C for R 431!

I have received no communication regarding this o/s balance and my contact details (other than cell number have all remained the same)

Called the call centre, nothing on their side - contract had been deactivated but they would transfer me to the legal department

Held for 18 minutes and was eventually disconnected... You can do better than this Cell C
