Disappointing Service from Cell C

Good day,<br> <br> I am totally disappointed with Cell C's service. I ordered a router & the call centre lady said they have it on stock..Weeks later i was told its not on stock. I think I was **** to regarding the item being on stock. I've been tweeting Cell C trying to find out what the hold up is. They had said Thapelo from Cell C will call, but I'm still waiting for his call.<br> <br> Personally I think they had a great deal hence I ordered the router and now I feel I need to cancel the entire contract & look for other options like Vodacom, MTN or Telkom :(
