Disappointing Service
Cell c I'm tired of calling you guys, I'm not getting anywhere. Every month you guys overcharge me for what ? One month someone says it's for Content Services I have never subscribed for Content Services, I have asked for the complaints team to resolve this with the 3rd party team and refund me for all the Content Service charges because I never subscribed for anything.. Now I get overcharged and get told that it's cause I have an open line yet when I called in April the advisor told me that the line is capped... I had an endless battle with the open line nonsense that I went to Cell C branch in Gateway Umhlanga and spoke to a consultant there who showed me the system that my data Sim line is capped to R1. Now I get told again that the line is open.. Why do you guys lie so much ? You say different things each time. I asked to speak to a manager several times on the call. I as a a customer has a right to speak to a manager but I get told I can't. I told the advisor on the line that I will be logging this to the Ombudsman of Telecommunications and she tells me I can do that. You guys have appalling customer services. Every month I'm now out of pocket cause of the additional charges that's not my fault. I was on a call just now and I'm still requesting to speak to a manager and the girl says 'Thanks for calling Cell C customer care', she literally says this whilst I'm still speaking and asking for a manager and she then cuts the call on me. Is this how a big company such as Cell C treats their customers? I'm disappointed because I always felt Cell C was a good company hence I didn't think twice or shop around when it came to taking a contract with Cell C.
I have given you guys too many chances to fix this problem and reimburse me all the money for things that's where not my fault but I guess your company took me lightly hence I will be writing to the Ombudsman of Telecommunications because I as a customer has been treated unfairly by Cell C and no one seems to listen or resolve my query.
