Disappointing Service
I recently went to a Cell C store to purchase a cellphone contract for my business.i was asked to supply the relevant information in order for them to approve my contract. A few days later I phoned to inquire if the contract that i had app**** for had been approved, only to find out that it was not approved because my business had only been running for less then a year. Although i have been in business for 10 months now and have more then sufficient funds to pay for the contract i have been rejected because my business has not been operational for more then a year. Is this how Cell C helps small businesses grow? Seriously Disappointing.

27 Jul 2019, 13:22i just called the Cell C Store in Rosebank Mall they told me that there is no reference number as i was applying for a new contract. Please note that i have had no problem with the store itself as the person that i dealt with at the store was very helpful. The person that i dealt with's name is Nabeel, he might be able to explain what has happened.
