Disappointing service
after failing to get a new contract from the Hillcrest branch because they would not get back to me with feed back, i decided to apply online. My new contract was approved and i was told that i would have my device delivered to me in 3 days. it has now been 7 days and i still dont have my device. when i phone cell c i get put on hold for a very long time and the "follow up" department never seems to answer the phone. The consultant that assisted me is no longer responding to my emails. this is such poor service and i am on the verge of just cancelling the whole thing all together
