Disappointing service

I have been a cell c loyal customer for more than 10 years. recently did my upgrade and received my phone yesterday. got an sms today to tell me they are having a special for the same phone tomorrow only at R199, I signed up for R269. Asked if I could take advantage of the offer and was simply told no because they wont be time for them to pick up the new handset with the couriers it could take days and the special was only for tomorrow. Find it quite disturbing that they would not afford me the courtesy yet my new handset was delivered within 24 hours. So if they really wanted to they could make it happen. Utterly disappointed. Loyalty clearly gets you now where.
