Disappointing contract renewal/upgrade
Upgraded more than 3 weeks ago at Cell C Kolennade. Decided to go with the A52 Samsung + Samsung Active watch (promo). Followed up twice with the store and their unable to provide me with a date when I'll receive my phone + watch. "Still on back order". Cell C should perhaps change their promotions with a slogan "Wait forever". Honestly would never go for a phone which they don't have in-stock and this is just poor customer service.
