Disappointing CellC Upgrade and delivery.

So disappointed with CellC. I have both Cellphone and Fibre contracts with them. This review is about their Cellphone upgrade process. My contract expired in October, I waited patiently for them have the iPhone 12 devices and made contact with upgrades department 2 Jan 2021. They called back and completed the upgrade process over the phone "your device should be with you 3-7 days after we receive stock. We don't have stock but are receiving this week. 19 days later, several eMails and phone calls following up and no device has been delivered. Customer services eventually phoned me back on the 20th Jan, after being pushed from Customer service to follow-ups and then the upgrades and back to follow-ups the line was disconnected. They advertise new phone contracts and upgrades for the Apple devices all over their website but they don't have stock and from my call with upgrades yesterday it doesn't seem like they will have stock, maybe this is related to their poor financial position who knows. Now I want to cancel the upgrade and move my contract to another service but again more radio silence from them.
