Disappointing!
<p>I decided to port my number to Cell C from MTN after experincing what I thought was the worst cusomter service ever, after being a loyal customer for over 20 years. At first the service I received from Cell C was great, I was able to directly contact an agent via both telephone and email, a new experience after dealing with MTN, my opinion soon changed though.</p> <p> </p> <p>My saga began on 29 August and continues today.................................... </p> <p> </p> <p>Perhaps I should rather have opted for Vodacom?</p> <p> </p> <p>If anyone from Cell C is interested in the details, all of which I have on email please contact me.</p>

Thank you Brilliant, if I had had the benefit of dealing with you from the outset I'm very sure that most, if not all of the issues I have experienced over the past weeks would never of happened at all.
