Disappointed,dissatisfied,disgusted - early Dr order date
Dissatisfied with Cell C Debit order order for the 1 April 24 was deducted on 28 March 24.
Does Cell C not understand or care that some clients only get paid at month end. This has resulted in bank fees which they don't care about for their short sightedness. A company on the decline iro customer service.

Notification does not ensure that I will be paid earlier than month end .
Our agreement is 1st not 28 , 5 days earlier
I was inconvenience by this with high bank changes & your apology does not help me.
This is unacceptable and I will now go ahead and cancel all contracts on expiry as soon as Tuesday next week.
It's not a company that I wish to continue supporting.
Cell C does not care !!!

Other companies understand this except for Cell C.
Unacceptable!!! You should have a funds hunting method, not do as you please .

Improve your IT & systems as other companies have so collection is not a inconvenience to your clients or you will lose many loyal clients for this bullish way of dealing with clients.
You do as you please with your advantage point. Even if you benefit from this early collection, think of those that you have inconvenienced and spoilt their Easter holiday.

I will proceed with the email however because you can't and other companies can effect debit orders on the 1st business day,this is no excuse .
