Disappointed with Cell C service

I traveled outside the country and try to put my Cell C number on roaming and it couldn't. Apparently, you can not do roaming on a prepaid cell c line!

Now, last week my sim card registered a sim card invalid and thought it had scratched only to be told at the shop that my number was deactivated a week earlier. The call centre couldn't help either and the customer consultant couldn't even listen.

I am very disappointed because I had a number of services linked to that number.
