Disappointed to the core and very annoyed

I took a 24 months cellphone contract with Cell C in March 2018 and they debited every month till I finished paying End of April 2020. End of March I phoned Cell C customer service to tell them that I don't want to renew it so it must be cancelled and they agreed after trying to convince me not to cancel it. I then received a cancellation notification by SMS.

I recently tried to apply for a loan at Capitec and it appeared that I still owe Cell C R488??. I sent an email to Cell C about this and requested a paid up letter about 4 months ago still no response ??. I went to their branch and I was advised to call their call centre and I did the call centre gave me another number to phone and I called the number and I was advised that I was not handed over as I wasn't paying bad. I called Cell C call centre again with no success ??.

Cell C took me for a ride after being a loyal customer to them for 2 years and recommended friend, little did I know that they are ******. Now my Credit Scores show that I still owe Cell C.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to take Cell C contract and I destroyed their simcard as they are ******??. Never use Cell C. I'm still waiting for my name to be cleared and my paid up letter for them???
