disappointed service...bad..

We don't owe cell c. .They owe us money. .because of their miscalculations we overpaid them. .did exactly what they ask and we paid all. ..now they sending messages of an account we closed because they don't do their work proply. ..I'm so well known to the staff at their branch in promenade Mitchell Plain. ..and it's been 5months and still they can't see my payment details on the system but I have all the receipts. ..how strange is that. ..We overpaid three of our accounts which is closed and was told by them that the R1356 will be taken from the old accounts and shifted to the last current account of the amount of R449 and the rest will be refunded into our account. ..so far nothing. .NOTHING AT ALL. ..The manager and the new Manager Shereen was of great help as that is what they told her. ..and I still have the names and number and the time she called. .She has written it all down and gave it to me. ..so cell c. ..where is our money. ..you are so quick to hand over to lawyers. .We want our money. ..you got yours. ..stop making my our name bad..
