Disappointed service- and I've been a long client
I have not received one call from them. I get advised my ticket or order is sitting with a lady by the name of Bianca They refuse to let .me email her or they can't transfer call. If this is not going to work I am going to leave Cell C and join another network and I will be NO extra fees. This is Cell C Customer service speaking to so many people and nothing is being done since I signed app on the 6th Nov 2021. This matter is urgent now. I need an order number today

05 Apr 2022, 12:15I dull Hage no feedback or order number. I have asked agent to evaluate but Biana does not understand meaning treating customers fairly and turn around time. I'm goingvto change my service to Rains which is so sifficent and awesome customer service. Not like Bianca walking on egg
