Disappointed on cell C

I am extremely disappointed with cell c . Anyway its OK I will just leave them and try a different service provider . I attempted to do a swim swap and one of the security question requires me to give last two numbers i called. How Am I supposed to know that. If I pass driving and I see a certain adverti*****t and I call , do you really expect me to memorise that Number ? I am sure even the person who came with this does not know his exact 2 numbers he called. You are just making things for your call centre agents, because when we call in and fail security checks we take our stress out on them. Please try to be innovative like other service providers .

I am done with cell c. i am supposed to travel tonight now i must cancel my flight in order for me to go to their outlet and do a swim swap. I am just gonna do a sim swap and after doing it , I will port to other service provider
