Disappointed of unprofessional service
Good Morning
I would like to reports my bad experience with an Cell C Call Center Agent this morning, I have been with Cell C since 2012 but the experience i got this morning was so unprofessional she even drop the phone on my ears, Her name was Nonhlanhla. I phone for a very simple request because i bought but when i convert it to Data it kept on saying i need to phone Customer Care 135. The lady was so unhelpful and she drop the phone at the end she has audacity to say i must rate the service at the end. And this phone is due for an upgrade i don't think we will bother coming back to Cell C,
