Disappointed internet customer

Having a 20 meg line serves no purpose when you service provider cannot provide continuous service. Having a 20 meg line should be a satisfactory, yes ? The line speed is absolutely pathetic. CELL C, shouldn't be a service provider when they are inconsistent with interruptions all the time. I can not wait to terminate this service provider and connect to a more reliable and consistent provider. As for their call center staff are on a consistent underwriting of lies. They should be shut down.
