disappointed in cell c diffrent story and lying

I want to upgrade my 2 cell c contracts that I have for 6 years now from that the samsung s6 edge came out I pre order it on line and on the 10th april 2015 when it launch I phone them they said they have not received the stock so from there on I phoned every 2nd day then they say they dont have stock on monday I phoned them then the lady said no all the stock was sold on the weekend but the saturday morning I phoned them they say they dont have stock so I phoned on tuesday again the guy said they will get the stock on friday so I phoned every day still no stock so I phoned now again then the guy said no we sold it out yesterday or the day before but when I phoned wednesday and thursday there was no stock that is what they say so busy talking to the guy he started giving me an attitude when I ask to talked to the manager he said the manager is on lunch after argument again I said I am going to put it on hallo peter he said hold on when he spoke again to me he said the manager said she will call me back and I am still waiting
