Disappointed customer with Cell C Fiber
I am so disgusted and frustrated by the service I have received from Cell C fiber, because of a mistake made by one of their associates they have now put my account in arrears as well as given me a negative score on my credit report due to their error, it’s been months now of trying to rectify this issue, no one from billing contacts me or gets back to me and when I queried the fact that after dealing with so many associates including managers my account is still reflecting in arrears no one has bothered to get back to me. I am extremely disappointed and would really not recommend Cell C fiber to anyone. Terrible customer service or lack of knowledge on their part.

I am sick of your lack of customer service and the fact that nothing is ever done. Fix this issue. I am going to post all conversations and screen grabs of this issue online. You guys are terrible.
