Disappointed client

I am a client of cell c for years. I have received a parcel which I was not happy with and returned it. I am waiting for them to provide me with feedback and I am going from pillar to post. I need to do my upgrade but they cannot assist efficiently and keep informing me that I will get more information in two days. I have been waiting for the time frame called again and was told again I have to wait. I honestly don't feel like upgrading any longer I would prefer to cancel this contract very disappointed.
