Disappointed client

I have been a loyal client of Cell C for over 10 years .On the 21/02 i upgraded my contract and i took their Friday deal offering a Hauwei Y for R169 a month and on the 24/02 they delivered a Hauwei P20 lite and when i called Cell C to inquire why they sent that phone they told me its the contract i took the installement will be R249 .i have asked them to listen to the call and to come and collect their phone as i dont want to be contracted on something i did not agree to .I believe this is ********* and someone was trying to make a false sale through me and them not coming to collect the phone they want to bound me to that contract .I will be taking this further to the CPA if this issue is not resolved as soon as possible and will be cancelling both my contracts with them.My contact number is ********** 632.
