Disappointed Client
I am so ANGRY!!! with Cell C and their poor service. How can data charges increase from R98 to R236.99? I am really unhappy with you guys as I have sent you e-mails saying that my two sims have not been working for more than a year and you guys were still deducting R196 from me and now this absurd increase? Please can you cancel my contract and refund the excess money you deducted. This have been going on for too long now and I want this contract cancelled. Account number 122 340 988 and 122 346 052
