DISAPPOINTED CELLC CUSTOMER

Dear Cell C

I'm Mrs Sinokubekezela P Ndlovu, , my cell contract number is ***.

I'm a very disappointed customer about your service. According to my knowledge the only account I know of, it's the one for 10GB (Day/Night) data in which I was paying R149 monthly. I did call you several times warning you about this new **** contract under my name that I'm not the one opening it....but my plea fell on deaf ears. I even sent you some affidavits declaring that I have never been to Capetown in my entire life... Not even once. But you guys even failed my authorization check with all the proof that I do not know anything about the new contracts under my name. To make matters worse, you then kept on escalating charges on the R149 contract...which I don't even know the reason for the extra charges. In fact I have incurred a lot of costs dealing with this issue which makes me to be very upset with your services. I have been driving up and down...calling using my airtime stay hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue with you but to no avail. I will not be allowing you to debit my account since you took my contract number *** offline. I'm not gonna authorise your debit order. As a result of your poor and unbearable service....I have decided to part ways with CellC. My reasons are stated below.

1. I DROVE SEVERAL TIMES WITH MY PETROL TO YOUR Northgate CellC shop without any solution.

2. I MADE CALLS TO YOUR SHOP and Call Centre WITH MY AIRTIME - still got no solution

3. YOUR STOP ORDERS ARE TAKING EXTRA MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.

4. WHEN I DISPUTE THE STOP ORDERS, THE BANK CHARGES ME EXTRA MONEY.

5. YOU DEDUCTED MY MONEY R2694.27 FROM MY ACCOUNT even after warning and sending all the proof that the new contract was **********.

All I got from you guys is extremely poor service, 1 out of 10 and great inconveniences.

I don't want anything to do with CellC ever in my life. You have put me through a hell of a service.

Regards

MRS SP NDLOVU.
