Disappointed cell c customer service received

Final my upgrade package arrived. Now I await for Teboho to read her email and call me back to sort my billing. Also very disappointed with package as was told it come with ear buds, accossaries to the value R7000. But only pH, charger and back see through water colour cover received. No screen protector also as spoken.
