disappointed by NO DELIVARY

On the 10th and 11th of september 2015 a Cell C consultant called me and offered me a cellphone contract of which i agreed to on condition that it is delivered in a weeks time as i will not be staying at the hotel i was at . Then monday(14/09/15) i was called by a consultant who told me that i would get my package on thursday. Thursday came i called the call centre agent who sold me the package to inform her that it had not been delivered. Her supervisor told me i would get the package the following week. Yesterday (22/09/2015) i went to a Cell C shop in east gate to ask if i could cancel the package as it was still not delivered. At the store they tracked my package and found that it was delivered in the morning, but due to the fact that i was not called i could not get it. i am writing this because i am frustrated because i was buying the phone for my mother whose birthday is on Saturday and i am still left without her present. i have tried to contact the agent from the call centre that called me with no luck. <br> <br> kind regards<br> Tshepiso Tshose<br> [Email Removed]
