Disappointed By CELL C
I am utterly disappointed and disgusted by the service or non-service from Cell C. I have had a contract with this institution for 3-4 years and I have never missed a debit order with this institution. On the 11/12/2020 my line was cut off and I am being told that this line has been "Permanently Deactivated" how so? I have been making calls for the past weeks and I am not getting any response from this company. This is really irritating because even last night another debit order from this company went off. I am seeking answers and no one can give me any concrete answer. I am being transferred from one department to another and calls are even being hung up in my ear. I will never recommend this company to anyone. This is really disgusting and it's not the first time that they are taking me for a ride. #Really****ed
