Disappointed by Cell C

<p>I recently purchased a contract phone from a Cell C representative by the name of Ryan .The device was delivered to me at work on the 11th of August 2016 by a courier company.And exactly 48hours later the device stopped working.I've been trying to get help from the representative who gave me several numbers where I unfortunately wasn't helped.Cell C please we pay our hard earned money,please take us seriously .</p>
