Disappointed by Cell C

<p>After lodging a complaint here all Cell C did was collect their device that's not working and leave me with no phone.And I've been sitting here hoping they will get back to me after sending them an email again and several calls to no avail.Is it fair that the debit order should go on when I don't have a phone and no one is saying anything to me?It seems to me that Cell C only takes customers seriously before they sign contracts.Please help.this is inconveniencing me.</p>
