Disappointed at them

Had an contract account with cell c for 24 months but after those months they keepet on debating I called the to findout why are they still debating they told me I was supposed to cancel the contract then they put through to that department to they couldn't assist after asking me only 3 questions my address my bank account and where I am working that made fail my security check they keepet on taking called the again same story for 4 months decided to reverse my money they blacklisted because they didn't want cancel my contract how do you fail your bank account number your address and where you are working does it make sense
