Disappointed at Cell C

I have been a Cell C customer since 2005 and I thought they are good but I have been mistaken. During the past 24 months I had two contract with them which expired in February 2018 and i decided not to renew it and converted the numbers to prepaid. Today I called Trans-union to check my credit record, lo and behold, the report shows three Cell C contract that have not been paid for the past three months. As far as I'm concerned, I don't owe them.

After that called Cell C customer to verify and i'm told that indeed I don't owe them and the numbers in question are now prepaid which means Cell C has not updated my report in Trans union.Then I requested to be transferred to their legal department and the I'm put in hold for a very long time. I will never ever have a contract with Cell C because it seems like when you don't renew, they are not happy.
