Disappointed and frustrated with Cell C

I wrote a complain on the 5th of May on hello Peter about cellc hoping l would get help but cell C keeps on disappointing me. I requested a network unblock for my new device on the 1st of March and they deduct the money from my account but the Unblocking was never done. I have called the call center and emailed them to no avail. Am now the fool for cell C because whenever I call am told there is no information on the system regarding my case and one consultant called me to tell me a person from the right department is going to call its now been weeks and am still waiting.
