Disappointed and disgusted

Good day all I Trust that you are well and safe. i would like to broadcast my utter disappointment in Cell C i have two numbers one which i cancelled and paid premature cancellation fee. i Called Cell C several times failure to assist . My bank account is still being debited for something i stopped using 1 year ago . I have requested for a refund no one has the decency to revert instead their sales hungry agents keep calling me to upgrade a number used more then a year ago.. refrain from doing business with Cell C
