Disappointed AGAIN,AGAIN!
<p>This is a follow up on one review did in June 21 where on the 22 June 2016 I got a response from cell c. They promised to take responsibility of the error that I presented to them, they requested I send them the bank statement to prove even the deductions done by cell c from my account. After I sent proof of payments they went quite, I've been sending e mails to the social media consultant who has not came back to me since June. I've been with cell c when network was an issue continued loyal user for over 6 years having 2 contracts but this is how we are treated. It's really said that we are continually abused by these organizations! I think its time to jump ship, I've always had problems with cell c even in previous contracts but I think now it's enough!</p>

10 Aug 2016, 22:37I have not had anyone communicating with me in spite your response to come back to me. I think this is no longer an individual problem, company problem. After so many attempts that I personally took to find the solution yet nothing has been done except unfulfilled promises from CELL C.
