Disappointed AGAIN

Wow Cell c. Another disappointment. I have been taken for a ride. I was not notified of my data contract coming to an end via a polite and considerate phone call in enough time to cancel my contract, since the non discount price is not something I can afford. But 2 months later when I am billed this ridiculous amount only then I find out that its because the contract came to an end. And 2 days AFTER I cancel the contract, only then do I get a phone call from the same branch that I was in person with to cancel the contract, to ask me if I'd like to cancel or renew my contract. THIS IS PROOF THAT YOU PURPOSEFULLY DON'T NOTIFY YOUR LOYAL CUSTEMORS IN HOPES TO MAKE MORE MONEY!!!! Instead you have enough time to make phonecalls and send out SMS's to random people to sell your products and services? What about your loyal paying custemors?

So I dispute my bill because even though I've cancelled this contract on the 1st of August with 30 days still left in the month, I must still be debited the amount that I didn't approve of, on the 1st of September. Really?

Today I get a phone call from custemor service saying they will dispute that bill and charge me the original amount as opposed to the higher amount. Cool.

2 hours later, another phone call from custemor service. Firstly, the consultant is confused saying my dispute is that I was not debited in June. NO WHERE did I ever say this was my issue. I know I was debited in June so why are you confused?

Then she goes on to say my account won't be disputed and I am expected to pay the full amount. Because the contract states that when it runs out it will go back to the original amount. But they only give you a courtesy call 2 months later so they can make money out of you.

Thanks cell C. For robbing me again. Why even bother with a phone call to say you will try and dispute my account and then you can't deliver? Find out first and then call me and tell me. Absolutely pathetic. *********** and greedy.
