Disappointed.

3 times I called Cell C today to issue a notice of cancellation for my contract and 3 times when they put me through to them I get cut off. they gave me the number to call directly 084 143, this number gets cancelled immediately, does not even ring. I am glad this is the last contract I have and will ever have with you. Look me up, I have been loyal to you guys for more than 5 years, even had like 4 contracts running concurrently and this is how you say goodbye to my business, classic.

Now, all I want is for someone to call me and advise me that my contract notice has been established. Last consultant I spoke to at the contract department was Evodia. I asked her is there a problem with putting people through to the cancellation department and she confirmed no as they have been putting people through since 06:00am this morning. It must be me then because as soon as she tried to put me through the call got cut off for the 3rd time. Maybe because it was lunch time, they are all on lunch, silly me calling them at that time.
