Disappointed
Yesterday my cellphone just went dead, I got this phone in April via upgrade. Today I took the phone to one of the Cellc shops to book it in for repairs. I was told that phone repairs take about 21 working days to be fixed, I asked if I could get a loan phone and they said no. How am I supposed to work without a phone for the whole month? I need a phone to work so that I can be able to pay my contract at the end of the month.
