Disappointed

Im not happy with CellC connect simcard when they introduced it they said it was month to month it can be cancelled anytime its over a year now trying to cancel it they want me to pay a cancellation fees of R 900 they claim that messages were sent to customers that they are changing thier terms and conditions lm stuck now this a sim that is LTE and has no coverage at my house .if l don't pay they will blacklist me lm so disappointed l was thier customer for years thier cancellation department is telling me stories.
