Disappointed

Cellc has a tendency of pulling my record every month without my consent and also deduct double debits. Irregardless of arrangements made they still don't amend or refund the overcharge. I've been with them since 2018 and I'm not happy, I'm definitely not renewing my contract or upgrading.
