Disappointed

I called in to cancel my contract Since it had ended. I get debit orders every month And in December a lady told me if I don’t upgrade they will keep debit because they don’t really cancel the contract

I spoke to Bridget which was so rude from the Retentions department and I asked to a manager and I am still waiting for a Manger Micheal Makubela still nothing and it messes up with my ITC.
