Disappointed

On the 22nd of June 2023 I got a call from cell c and spoke to a guy by the name of Dylan. He offered me a good deal for taking out a new contract, at first it was OPPO and he changed to Samsung A something 2023. He said I will be getting more than what I am currently getting with a lesser price and I agreed. Fast forward on Tuesday they delivered 2 sim cards and I asked where is the phone obviously delivery guy wouldn't know, I then sent a WhatsApp message to Dylan to ask where is the phone he later responded that it will be delivered the next day. The next day 28.06.23 phone was delivered with 2 sim cards. Today I decided to phone cell c enquiring about the 4 sim cards and to my surprise I was told I took 2 contracts data and phone contract. I never asked for 2 contracts over the phone, It was suppose to be a phone only. I then requested them to come and take their package both phone and sim's and I was told an SMS with the ref number will be sent to me and I am still waiting. All I'm asking for is for cell c to cancel the new contract and send someone to come and collect their phone and sim cards. All is still in order
