Disappointed

I bought a cellphone from Cell C on contract years back then I also took an insurance then in February 2024 I settled my contract then continued with insurance. In September Cell C offered me data contract and I accepted the offer when they were activating my debit order they also added insurance whereas I already had an insurance now I am paying insurance double for one device I have requested assistance and they assured me that the issue is resolved till today the issue is not resolved they debit twice from my account once I reverse the amount they block my phone
