DISAPPOINTED

<p>i have been complaining numerous times and was even provided with wrong information. Evertime i have to complain in order to be assisted. Skhumbuzo assisted me of which he advised that the contact will be closed end February and the number permanently deactivated. i was also promised that i will receive a letter stating that the above was done.. To my suprise,communicating with Skhumbuzo since December 2016 he ask for a ID number which was never requested previously as the contract number was always provided. i sent an email 7H24 am this morning, and till now have not received any feedback.. i said i want this letter before end of business or i will take this further as i have all email communication stating that this will be done at the end of February.</p>
