Disappointed

I'm so disappointed. In ur service guys last week I had an upgrade I decided to call today cause it's take forever to have my package delivered only to find out my package is. Not sent out cause one of the items I orderd is discontinued so they can't sent it out. How's fault is that and when was I going to be told If I didn't call now I'm told since u guys don't have wat I want u can offer me another watch but I'll pay extra when u guys already have sent me the contract this is not professional I've been loyal customer for years. Don't think I even want that upgrade
